A brilliant way to spend a few hours with friends, meeting others, learning new skills, having food and drink, and best of all, getting gorgeous mini cupcakes out of it at the end of the night (that were thoroughly enjoyed by all who sampled them)!  Ffi has created an amazing space, well planned out, and is a most generous host. Really looking forward to our next night there.

Step into an oasis of calm, where cake decorating meets a wholesome relaxing retreat. This 2.5-hour workshop is all about slowing down, tuning in, and creating something beautiful with your hands.

Set to chilled music and surrounded by floral blooms and softly scented candles, you’ll sip on refreshing mocktails while learning how to decorate a floral inspired cake using a number of techniques. Working with buttercream, in the colour palette of your choice, we’ll start by demonstrating how to mask your freshly baked vanilla cake with buttercream and how to achieve that ultimate smooth finish! Part two guides you through a multitude of ways to create your floral designs and you can choose the style that best suits you! From learning how to paint expressive flowers with palette knives; to learning how to pipe delicate petals, buds and rosettes, the choice is endless.

My granddaughter and I spent a lovely time together yesterday making pop cakes.  The venue is on the site of the former Ormeau Gasworks building. We were greeting on arrival with a welcome drink and cookies. The kitchen is beautifully decorated and meticulously clean. When all the families arrived we gave here’d around the demonstration table and were given practical instructions. Then it was our turn to use everything provided to make a selection of beautiful pop cakes and chocolates. Coffee, tea and juice was available throughout the morning. We were given a lovely box in which to transport our  confections home. 
Our host was brilliant and I would thoroughly recommend her classes. We hope to return in the future to enjoy more classes.

My daughter and I had an absolutely brilliant experience with Baker and Chef at our Cake Pop class. Who knew you could have such fun making an absolute mess! Ffion was very accommodating and helpful with tips and touch ups to our cake pops. She even gave us a spare after one of ours unfortunately didn't make it. 

I could not not recommend this highly enough.

This was an absolutely fantastic parent child activity. My daughter loves baking and loved the large selection of colours and decorations. Everything was explained in stages and kept simple! Will definitely be back!

I attend the baking class with my 13 year old  on Sunday November the 10th. 
We had a lovely fun filled few hours and made ourselves some nice treats☺️
Fi is a lovely friendly lady who has created a fantastic set up for the classes. It’s very spacious and has a lovely feel to it.  The music was pretty cool also. I would highly recommend attending the class with your own kid(s). We had a lot of fun and was better than what I had anticipated.

My daughter and I had a wonderful morning with Ffi demonstrating how to make the most beautiful cake pops. The demonstrations were clear and straightforward to follow and Ffi's enthusiasm added to the experience. The venue is brilliant and we felt comfortable using the equipment available. I would recommend these sessions as a brilliant way to spend quality time with your child doing something enjoyable and fun! 😊🌟

Such a wonderful idea for a class! I purchased this as a Christmas present for my 12 year old daughter who loves baking. From arrival to leaving, it was such a great experience. Fi is so lovely, the kitchen is a great working space and so beautifully decorated. We had drinks and biscuits upon arrival and in between too. The class is so efficiently run with expert advice and help on hand. My daughter was so excited after her class that we are in the process of purchasing cake pop bakeware. She is keen to get back to another class! Highly recommend for adults as well as kids!
